About John

Born in Vermont, John is a life-long resident of Florida. He is a graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, and the founder of Dumas Art Services in Winter Park. John, an influential private and commercial artist, has installed masterful collections around the world, from intricate murals to fine art paintings. He has taken many directions in his work that has culminated in his latest series of abstract work drawing on his deep understanding of color and design and desire to create from his subconscious library of experience.

He is humbled to have been able to work with many private and corporate clients: The Orlando Museum of Art, Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, Tupperware International, The Orlando Opera Company, and more.

Dumas is passionate about inspiring other artists to take a creative approach to their career like he has. Partnering closely with interior design firms to complete contracted work as well as selling existing fine art has been a successful business model and enjoyable experience in collaboration.
